Noodles North is the latest culinary adventure of Chef Dave Thomasson, owner of Farm to Griddle Crepes. We are a mobile food kitchen located in North Knoxville, on the site of Architectural Antics, 820 N. Broadway.

When Dave underwent his second throat cancer surgery in 2018, he knew that high quality broths had to be a major part of his diet for several years to come. His research into broths was an introduction to Asian cuisine, and ultimately led him to found Noodles North as it is today.
